"MISSION OF MURDER!"
Unexpectedly, I was on a roll. The 3rd episode was quickly followed by a 4th. This time, my brother suggested that The MOB hire outside contractors (hit men) to go after the hero, in order to cut down on their own losses. With the bad guys often having more "screen-time" than the hero, the balance between "protagonist" and "antagonist" seemed to have flipped upside-down. I think the level of humor was also working fairly good here, no longer dependant on pure shock & violence to be funny. The scene on page 4 between The New Big Boss (Harry) and his Assistant Boss (Jim) was probably my favorite in the story.
